My pets.

At the moment, I have a dog, she's a small Yorsay, and her name is Magui. She's in a good mood every day, and she loves to play with my old socks, since I made a doll with them. At first, this was funny, but now this isn't so fun because every time I buy something like dolls, balls or similar to play, she doesn't pay attention for them.  However, she always runs to her doll.

She has a lot of hair because of this; people say it looks like a big cushion.

My first dog was a remarkably large and beautiful animal. His name was Báiron, he was a Doberman. He taught me a great lesson in life because he was sick and I did not want him to suffer, so, I had no choice but to sacrifice him.

At this moment my heart broke, and I understood that Euthanasia is necessary in several moments

Several years passed until I had another dog. When my Tata-Dolores arrived, really, I cannot consider her a dog because she always had a human behavior. If I had had a daughter, she would had been my Tata. She was sent from God for me. Call me crazy, but I felt it that.  

 El Sistema de Renina-Angiotensina-Aldosterona (SRRA), es susceptible de múltiples actuaciones farmacológicas, debido a la existencia de muchas dianas terapéuticas -como por ejemplo Renina, Angiotensinógeno ( péptido hepático), ECA ( enzima convertidora de angiotensina), receptores de Angiotensina II ( RAT1) y Aldosterona- y muchos fármacos.

    Los fármacos activos sobre el SRAA los podemos clasificar, según su diana terapéutica:

• Actúan sobre RENINA : Inhibiendo la liberación de Renina (beta bloqueantes adrenérgicos) o bien Inhibidores de Renina ( Aliskiren, es un análogo de Angiotensinógeno).
• Actúan sobre la enzima convertidora de Angiotensina, inhibiéndola: son conocidos como IECAs,  fármacos inhibidores de la enzima convertidora de Angiotensina. En función de sus sustituyentes químicos, los podemos clasificar en tres grupo:

1. Con grupo sulfidrilo: CAPTOPRIL (profármaco)
2. Con grupo carboxilo: ENALAPRIL, LISINOPRIL (profármaco), PERINDOPRIL, QUINAPRIL, RAMIPRIL, TANDOLAPRIL.
3. Con grupo fosfato: FOSINOPRIL.

• Actúan sobre los receptores de Angiotensina II, antagonizándolos, son los llamados ARA II o antagonistas de receptores de Angiotensina II. Como por ejemplo: CANDESARTÁN (profármaco), EPROSARTAN, IBERSARTÁN, LOSARTÁN (profármaco), OLMESARTÁN, TELMISARTÁN, VALSARTÁN. En concreto estos fármacos actúan antagonizando a los receptores de angiotensina tipo 1 ( RAT1 ).
• Actúan sobe Aldosterona, inhibiéndola: ESPRINOLACTONA, ESPLERENONA.
